Pop-up Event Planning and Execution
Nanjing Government wanted to introduce Nanjing to New York public as the main tourist attraction in China. Their goal was to showcase the modern and historical sides of Nanjing, from different aspects by interacting with the local audience of New York.
We activated the “NanjingWeek” with a 5-day showcase of Nanjing’s culture, history, and scenery in Grand Central Terminal in New York City. Starting with the concept development, we worked closely with our clients on production management, logistical coordination, and media reach.
The event was featured on TimeOut(6.5 million circulations) etc. and attracted more than 7000 visitors each day.
